Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Deplio Analytics, including access to workspaces, analytics features, public sharing, and subscription billing.

01
Using the service

By accessing or using Deplio, you agree to use the service only for lawful business or internal analytics purposes and only on properties you are authorized to operate.

  • You must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and data collection laws.
  • You must not use the product to track properties, users, or data you are not authorized to manage.
02
Accounts, workspaces, and roles

Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the members they invite, the permissions they assign, and the actions taken inside their workspace.

  • You are responsible for all activity taken under your account, except where caused by the operator or a service defect.
  • Owners and admins should promptly remove access for people who should no longer have workspace access.
  • Invite links, share links, and project access should be treated as sensitive operational controls.
03
Tracking responsibilities

You are responsible for installing tracking code correctly, selecting the right domains, and ensuring any analytics collection performed through your projects is lawful and properly disclosed to your end users.

  • You should test tracker installation before relying on analytics for operational or commercial decisions.
  • You remain responsible for consent mechanisms, cookie banners, or policy notices required for your websites.
04
Subscriptions, pricing, and payment

Paid plans are billed per workspace. Subscription checkout, renewals, payment collection, and certain billing records are processed through Polar and its payment providers.

  • Plan limits, included usage, and retention windows are described on the pricing page or in your commercial agreement.
  • Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
  • We may limit features, workspace creation, or usage-based actions when a workspace exceeds plan limits, enters repeated overage, or fails payment.
05
Acceptable use

You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, interfere with other workspaces, scrape unauthorized data, reverse engineer the hosted service in violation of applicable law, or circumvent plan restrictions or security controls.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to projects, public shares, invitations, billing controls, or administrative interfaces.
  • Do not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content.
06
Availability, third-party services, and changes

Parts of the product depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Umami, Polar, infrastructure providers, and internet connectivity. We may change, improve, or remove features as the product evolves.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • Features may vary between deployments depending on configuration, plan, and infrastructure choices.
  • We may update these terms when the product or its operating model changes.
07
Suspension, termination, and liability

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, respond to legal requirements, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected workspace during the twelve months before the claim.

  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
  • Operational data, exports, or backups should be managed proactively by the deployment operator.
